Hello ,

The month of December is action-packed for our TPS families! Not only are we all preparing for the the excitement of the holidays, our learners will be sharing their learning in a variety of ways. From musical performances that help get us all into the holiday spirit to our STEAM Center Expos, our students have wonderful opportunities to demonstrate their progress over the past few months. This is also a great time for our community to come together to celebrate that exceptional work of our learners and staff. I am so very proud of the work happening in our district!

Throughout the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, remember to take time to enjoy the moments that make the holidays so special and create new memories with friends and family.
I know that I will!

Happy Holidays!

Respectfully,

Kelly M. Coffin, Ed.D.
Superintendent, Tecumseh Public Schools

New Staff Introductions

We extend a warm welcome to Nikki Reinhardt and Ryan Rhoades. Nikki joins the staff at the Central Office where she is transitioning to the role of Finance Director for TPS. She replaces Judy Pfund who has accepted a new role within the LISD. The district will continue our cooperative agreement for financial services with the LISD with Nikki assuming full responsibility of the position by the end of the month.

Ryan began his first week at the district's Technology Director on Monday. Ryan has extensive experience in the field of technology, and recently relocated to the United States after retiring from a leadership position with a European technology company's Latin American operations. We look forward to their contributions to our schools!
